Every weekday morning I personally go and look at the new listings in the west end of Toronto. Many real estate professionals don’t do this. It takes a lot of time, but I think that it’s the best way to know what’s for sale. It’s hard to know scale and condition from a few low resolution photos and a few sentences on a listing.
Not only do I preview the new listings I now preview properties for my buyer clients. Few agents do this, but I believe it’s time well spent. My clients know the market and are continually updated throughout their buying process.
