James is very discreet and works with each client personally. As a client you will only speak to James, thus ensuring that you get direct, succinct, definitive answers to all your questions. When needed he will subcontract out portions of the buying/selling process to someone on his a team of select professionals. Each of which only know what is needed to complete their task, nothing more.
To ensure the extraordinary levels of service That James is known for, he works with a limited number of clients at a time. Each client gets the attention and time that’s needed to make their own personal real estate decisions. James does the research, asks the hard questions, and offers an opinion before his clients sign anything. All of his clients are informed and empowered before any decision is made.
James’s life experiences set him apart from other real estate professionals. He has lived in 5 different countries, has moved back to Toronto six times to six different neighbourhoods, and has also lived in a number of rural Canadian communities. This breadth of experience allows him to understand and relate to a wide variety of people, which is often a critical factor in negotiations.
Although James is a dedicated successful Real Estate Consultant it does not define him. He’s an alumni of The University of Waterloo, a dedicated father of two teenagers, loves photography, cycling, and volunteers for TREB and in the community.
